Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality has very poor service.

Hi all, I'm experiencing the worst customer care service ever. My water meter is broken for a week now. I keep calling the meter shop, no one answers and I have three small kids in the house. Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality seriously needs to pull up their socks!!!
