I recently sold my house (close one account) and moved to a new apartment (open new account). In all the transactions with the NMBM at the Heugh Road offices and Munelek in Port Elizabeth, the service was quick, efficient and really pleasant. With loadshedding, hot weather and lockdown looming, a potentially dreadful experience was memorably positive. My thanks to all the staff.
