Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality hiked bills.

The municipality (NMBM) just billed me R244 144.50 for the water usage for the period July 2022 to August 2022. This is not the first time they did this to me. The first time it was over R30 000 for 4 months and I lodged a dispute which I did not win. They would not admit that they have hiked my meter reading. I paid off the money and settled it in June 2022. Now there is this new bill which makes absolutely no sense. I don't even have leaks at home (two bedroom). Everyone is working and there is barely no one in the house during the week. I feel like I'm being taken for granted now. I need your help.
