MUNICIPALITY Water Department

To whom it may concern. I have a bursed water pipe outside of my yard, the water is flowing into 3 yards, I have tried contacting your Water department for months now on *** they just do not answer their phone, I have been to the ward counselors office in August and they said they would attend the matter until now nothing has been done, this has gone so far that it is now causing my boundry wall to be unstable and ready to fall. How can we be saving water if this is the case when no attempt has been made to come and fix the water leaks, this is unacceptable, why are we asking and limiting residants on water usage if the municipality is allowing water leaks to just flow. Bad bad service, your employees are being paid with our tax monies just to sit around, so much for service delivery.
