Municipality does not want to fix my car due to potholes

I am very unhappy with the Municipality, after hitting potholes with my car and damages that was done to my car. I got the 3 quotes as they asked, also an avidavit stating when/where/how the accident happened. my highest quote was R11000. 30.03.2022 I received and mail that they can only pay R1900.00 reason is that I did not state on avidavit all the damages done to my suspension due to potholes. they only paying for tyers because that was in avidavit that I got flat tyer on the time of incident. I can’t swear infront of oath about stuff damage on my car’s suspension, if I have no idea of what what is, I need to go on automotive quotes. and no one said I needed to state on avidavit of what damage on my car was. been waiting almost 10 months. The potholes are again getting bad in the same street they fixed in Pennelsdrift Greenbushes. Bad service from municipality but still don't pay for damages to your car due to potholes in Nelson Mandela Bay. as they promised on Radio Algoa and what you need to submit if you get damages to your car due to potholes and they still try and get another way not to be held accountable to damages due to potholes not being fixed. I think we must start planting trees in the potholes so we can miss them every time and not get out cars damage because they don't help you at all, they find every reason not to have your car fixed.
