Ineffective and inefficient on almost every level. They are unable to attend to basic services and/or repairs to leaking pipes, amongst other things. The accounting system is similarly ineffective and it is always difficult to get through to a proficient person that is able to assist to resolve. The Traffic Department is possibly one of the worst within the NMBM. The Traffic Department also does not have a helpful online portal for view traffic violations or renewing licenses.
