Have you tried to access the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality website - www.nelsonmandelabay.gov.za ? Just not working and it is not my internet, at the same time tried Cape Town Municipality and it worked first time.

Wonder if the state of the roads and their website have something in common?
