Huge call centre improvements

I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the call centre is operating now. A few months ago it was impossible to get through. Now the call was answered within reasonable time by competent staff, we were referred to metre services with our query and a very nice and competent lady resolved our query promptly and even phoned us back to give more feedback. I know that many residents are complaining about many problematic issues with this municipality, myself included, but I say give credit where credit is due. Well done on the improvements and I'm hoping to see more soon.
