Horrible driving

I would like to report the bad driving of the munisipality vehichles.... I was driving now on old UTH road just pass the Kenako Mall robots when a munisipality truck came and overtook me so bad that i was inches away from the barrier and he was driving 100 in a 60 zone.... He's registration number is JCV 585 EC... The track number on the back is B0456... This is HIGHLY unacceptable as they put other people's live at risk....
