ELECTRICITY OFF FOR 2 DAYS NOW and people are not pitching up to FIX

I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt. Her electricity has been off since YESTERDAY, 26 FEB 2018 From 10am till TODAY.

She called in yesterday and someone was send to her house to come check what the problem was. The gentleman only went as far as LOOKING at the electricity box outside the and did not EVEN go into the house to check the electricity box...He told her there was nothing wrong with the box outside and that it must be cable error...???!!! So what is she now supposed to do?! she is no electrical engineer....the problem remained and she called again the whole day after that with us assisting her but we got NO ANSWER. The problem STILL remains.

She is a DIABETIC can not eat on an empty stomach and had perishables in her fridge that needs to stay cold or it will rot.

The service at the Municipality is poor when they are calledout to do work. Our street has a huge whole which was filled only with sand recently... and the potholes in the next street are also quite big and can damage the tyres of ours vehicles
