Disgusting Service Delivery

I'm totally disgusted by the service delivery of NMBM Electricity department. Part of Adams Street Salsoneville has suffered power outage since Saturday, 03 June 2023 and still nothing has been fixed eventhough they claim to know what the issue or fault is. Unfortunately civil issues are really unimportant to the department. Quick to block or suspend services but ridiculous with service delivery. I have 2 high school student in need of studying to get the best results for term 2 exams, in Gr8 and Gr12. But why would the department concern themselves about things like this?? In fact, why would you give a reference number for a call logged and you know this number is a total waste of time...meaningless....useless.
