Desperate seeking help from NMMM

My husband an I starte a small business. we closed down when Mrs Loxton from pe municipality came to us in Feb 20 to tell us we have to close due to zoning. we closed on the day she send her first email. She phoned my husband recently to tell him legal action has been taken against us... Tell me Why? We are closed for long now... She also asked him to write a letter..( Will not say about what she asked because it sounds very *****)... Can someone pls assist us in this matter please.. Or we will have to get a lawyer to help us....
