Cheating ****bag Municipality Cancelled Took Away Our Assistance to the Poor Programme

I've suspected for some time that our water and electricity bill gets manipulated to be higher than normal. One month it's about R1300 and the next month it's R2400 and some months over R3000. Despite our water saving measures and 6-8 hours of loadshedding every day for the past year, our bill is unusually high, and based on the comments here, my suspicions are correct.

Previously, we had access to the assistance to the poor programme but when these ANC ******* THIEVING ****s took power, they cancelled the assistance without us being notified, despite my mother being a senior citizen and only earning a SASSA grant as income. Funny enough, we tried applying several times but our applications never goes anywhere!

And now we are being charged exorbitant rates every month and being billed incorrectly even when no one in the house is employed. I am so disgusted by this municipality! Bunch of ruthless mother****ers pieces of ****!
