I explained to her that Monday they started drilling and digging in our whole street. (Andre street, Valleisig, Uitenhage) And ever since then we experiencing water running into our yard. Very kind lady, heard me out and assured me that my complaint has been logged but also informed me that sometimes it takes a while for guys to come out. She said if no one comes pitches by Friday the 6th I should call again the next Monday. <br> <br> My husband has made calls as well, even visited the offices next to traffic department twice but due to strike no one was around to assist.<br> <br> Eventually guys came out about a month ago but ever so rudely and told me this is not there problem as they work with sewerage water/ dirty water. I must just call again. <br> <br> Yesterday again guys pitch just as rude an arrogant, hoots till I open the door.
