Blocked Sewerage Drain in Port Elizabeth

We have a blocked sewerage drain for the past 2 months. It has not been fixed up until now, we have run out of options now. When we call customer service we are promised that they are sending someone every time. We have to leave with the filth in front of our gate, we cannot use it anymore.
