Bad service

August 2023 I handed in my claim for damages incured to tyres and rims due to potholes. My claim was acknowledged and I was told it was handed over to an investigator. Up to know I had to regularly enquire without any progress. The lady who handles my enquiries is Thobeka Keyiki who on 15.01.24 rep**** that she was on leave. The replaced tyres costs half of those that was written of and I cannot see why it should take so long to "investigate"
