Bad service

I am very dissapointed with the service I received after phoning ***. The lady that answered the phone, Nombasa was not very helpful. After enquiring about reconnection services she gave me a number, but when I asked her a simple question, where she just could have said yes or no she rep**** and told me to phone the number in question and find out for myself. I feel a simple yes or no would have been sufficient. She acted in a very unprofessional way. It costs nothing to be friendly. It did happen on a previous occasion where the same call centre gave me a number but there was no answer. Waste of time.
