Bad Service

It is so sad that we get promised the best service delivery by our very own municipality but the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality has a very bad service delivery. Sunday, we called in to report a meter that has burst but still no one got back to us.. We have been calling everyday to see when they coming to fix it but no one wants to take responsibility, you get reffrered to other departments. Its really sad that we have to pay for these services but when it comes to service delivery, its very poor. This is not the first time, they always come late, you must follow up all the time.
