Dealing with government institutions as been synonymous with lack of service. However, I'd like to say dealing with Mrs D Cilliers has been a breath of fresh air. For months now, we haven't been receiving our monthly bill and it's always a struggle getting through to their call centre. Mrs Cilliers has however been so helpful and prompt when handling our requests. You're certainly a gem and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your great service.
