POOR RESPONSE TIME

I had app**** to finalise my Masters in Public Administration from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University early last year without any response. I sent several reminders to the Faculty Administrator/ Manager without getting any joy. I also app**** online last year to be accommodated this year and only in February 2016 that I was given a response through the sms that my application was unsuccessful. I sent an email to the university to enquiry the reasons and also what are the implications of me not finishing the research work whilst the course work has been completed but still no response.
