Poor service delivery and negiglence

On the 7th of November 2018 I was transfered to Nelson Mandela hospital due to labour pains and I was 24 weeks pregnant, I got there around 11 in the morning and was attended around 11:35 because there is no care the nurses makes you sit in the chairs regardless of the situation u have the martenity department do not care, When they attended me they put me through ultrasound and my baby's heart was still beating meaning the baby was alive at that moment and my was broke before I went there in the early hours of the morning while I was still at home and I was bleeding even the time I was in hospital and I told them everything, after they checked me they left me there in the bed at casualty as I was in pain there's a clinical associate that came in and told me to get off the bed because she wanted to attend another patient and use the same bed and this associate was very very rude after she was done I slowly went back to bed, the nurses were coming in and out without attending me in time in order to save my baby because I believed that if I was assisted in time things would have been better than they were now, I spent almost 10 hours without being helped and I told them that my baby was not moving and they did not even checked at around 8 I called a nurse that came in for a night shift and she was kind enough to help me while others were at nurses station gossiping about their problems and laughing, I asked the nurse to do something because I was just in pains and she injected my drip with something that will make me go to labour and that is when I was talked to a maternity ward after 10 hours of waiting for nothing as a results by the time I gave birth to my baby he was already dead and I blame the hospital for this,
