THE NELSON LOG DRIVER BUMPED MY CAR AND NOW I AM LIABLE FOR IT :( !!!

one of this company driver bumped my car last year August, been trying to get them to fix my car till date. now their insurer came up with a story that they can't pay me because "their driver" said I was wrong, they believing their driver over everyone else. i mean the witness are on the metro police file/statement that was taken the day of an accident but no they didn't even bother to phone those witnesses. firstly if i was wrong why did the driver not report the accident in his company, two he came up with a story that i was drunk to his boss n in the main time i was pregnant n coming from work, he threatened to beat me in front pf all the witnesses but still his company n the insurer are taking his side of the story. i have a proof of his bosses messages and i have about 4 witnesses who saw everything. so now i must fix my car after a year of delaying me now they believing their driver over 4 witness which they didn't even try to call and get the facts from.
