Disgusting behaviour of business owner, family & staff

I am disgusted at the way the owner Shane, from Nels Towing, Seaview, Durban treated me when I phoned him about one of his vehicles going over a bump on the M7 and showering my car with glass fragments. It has resulted in pit marks on my car and a cracked windscreen. Shane treated me as though I was a ******** who was trying to ****** money from him, even though I stated that he should speak to his driver who saw me following him (this is the way I managed to ascertain the company information), and gesticulating for him to stop - needless to say I was ignored completely! It seems as though the owner, his family and his staff have no idea how to treat people - disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!! After Shane treated me like a ********, he stated he would get back to me in a few days as he wanted to speak to his driver - I did not hear back from him and decided to phone the company again today and spoke to his daughter who wanted me to relay the entire story again. I asked her to either give me her father's cell number or get him to phone me back - I am still waiting!!! My suggestion to anyone who needs a towing service - definitely DO NOT use this company as they show no respect for property or people!
