Repairs take forever

My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 24/09/2017 & the vehicle was towed to the panel shop same day.I called them after a month to check the vehicle & the vehicle was not yet repaired. Everytime I call them they keep giving me different dates on when the vehicle will be finished & they still don't deliver on those promised dates.On the 05/12/2017 I was told to wait 14 more days because there are other things they still need to repair.
