I ordered a hat a week before the event I needed it for, and spoke to Frank Botha. He helped me, even though it was after hours. The service was prompt, and I was really happy with the upfront service I received! My hat was ready in time, and Frank even drove all the way to my home to deliver the hat seeing as I could not pick it up in time. The hat was of the best quality I have ever seen!
