No Delivery

I have been in contact with Petro Vermuluem from Nelle Couture Millinery Designs ( Designer Hats) They had advertised on their website that they have a dvd pack for design hats. I was interested and placed an order. I paid R 3500 CASH as stipulated on the invoice. After paying, she told me lots of stories that she is moving, she is busy and the DVD is on back order so basically I could not get it. After weeks and months I could no longer reach her but instead Frank Botha whom I believe is her husband started answering the phone and responding to my emails, in which he also made one promise after another. Every time I try to make follow up he becomes arrogant. I have been very patient with him for a very long time now. I have the invoice and proof of payment as well other forms of communication.
