No delivery, no refund

Ordered rocks, on the day of delivery I was told my particular rocks are not available. I had the option to wait until my rocks might become available. After two weeks of waiting, I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund on 14 November 2018. To date, 28 January 2019, I have not received my funds back despite numerous phone calls and messages from me.
