On the 28 of March 2022. I paid 50% deposit to this dealership in Nelspruit. After I went googled if the place is in Nelspruit. I found that it is there and according to my research it was there. So I got inbtouch with them they send me the paperwork abd banking details. The arrangement was that 50% deposit payable and then they deliver the car and then if I received the car with all the paperwork of the car I can pay the outstanding money. So if everything goes as planned I will receive the car on the 30 of March 2022. Then on the 29 of March 2022 I just went and dubble checked all the info again. Then I noticed that the account details on the invoice and the one that they gave me on whatsapp is 2 different account numbers. Then I phoned them and said you gave me a different bank account thanvwhats onbthe invoice which one must I have used. His reply was the one on the invoice. I said then why did you give the wrong account number. His reply was it was a typing error. The following day I paid the outstanding money for the car because they said they will make a plan to get the car to me. I paid and then got the dricers Id and contact details. After that a guy phoned me withvthe name of David. He asked me if I received his ID. I rp**** yea I did. Then he asked if I can pay the outstanding money. I said I paid everything that I had to you guys. He said then he will stop the delivering of the car asbI cant pay the outstanding money. I rep**** and said the first 50% that I paid was in the wrong account because the salesconsultant Simon gave me the wrong account. He says he needs that he needs the other money. Simon and Sithole says there is no delivery charge but this David said I must pay 5000 rand delivery fee. During the month of April me and the Simon had agreement that I pay 50= of the outstanding money and he the other 50%. I paid the other 50% of the oustanding money on the 29 April 2022. And he never paid the other 50%. Sithole phoned me then and said he is suprised to see only half of what I ow then I told him about the agreement. His reply was that that not how they do business. And that Simon doesnt even have money. So I already paid 75% of the total amount and still waiting for the car even if their employee messed up everything. He is still working there. Maybe its their way of ******** people. They dont have any heart when it come to that type of business. Please be aware of this people. On facebook they advertise cars as bank repo cars.
