*****STERS! FUELFEST SOUTH AFRICA! NATE NEL! BERNICE NEL!

January 2024 I purchased 3 VVIP tickets. This event was called Fuel Fest. They were hosting 3 events, one in JHB, Cape Town and Durban. The “Organizer” going by the name Nate Nel. Fast forward to July 2024 and Fuelfest South Africa posted on Facebook that the event will be postponed. I came into contact with Nate Nel and asked him what was going on. I recorded the whole phone call where he told me A BUNCH OF LIES! and he could not give me a new or alternative date. Later in September 2024, I received a Facebook friend request from a profile named “Fuelfest South Africa Durban” I sent him the screenshot & asked him if it was a **** account or if Fuelfest is back on. He called me again and explained it was a **** account and asked that I send my banking details and proof of my ticket purchases because they decided to refund everyone. I sent it. October 2024, I followed up on my refund & was told it would be sorted that Monday latest afternoon. Nothing. November I reached out again & was then told that it’s sitting on account’s desk and he will see how far they are. December 2024, here I’m sitting almost a year later after purchasing my tickets, no event to show for the money I spent & no refund. I’m not the only one. Fuel fest South Africa’s page is full of people asking about their refunds. I came into contact with a few people and no one has received their refund & Nate is now ignoring everyone. Nel legacy is where my payment was made, after being told by them it was payfast! call your banks! mine just confirmed i was redirected! and instead paid it to their business where his mother is the director “Bernice Doroth Nel”. He has also not paid any of the people who were involved in the organizing of the event. He is ignoring everyone and ran away with all of the money gained when organizing Fuel Fest.
