Fuel Fest and Nel Legacy Joke of a company

I Bought my tickets on the 2nd of February and fuel fest announced that the event was canceled on the 31 of July. I then requested a refund on the 20th of August and still haven't received it. It has been now 1 month and 18 days. This entire procedure has been so unprofessional. Fuel Fest and Nel Legacy is such a **** and they are *******. They are so easy to take your money but when it comes to their mess up and refunds, they are no where to been seen.

WHAT A JOKE of a company. Never supporting them or Fuel Fest again.
