Very UNPROFESSIONAL services

Good day - i have a problem..our estate is now going for 1 year and 4 months. Cant remember when last we recieved any positive feedback. Seems problem always with master of the court, but i phoned a company working with Nel and De Wet and the last info they gave me is that if you can believe BS like that ? They told me the money for the master of the court has been calculated wrong and its always so kind of papers they are waiting for. I meen how the hell do a company working with estates as an profession do wrong calculations???? Something smels fishy and im going to start and report them to independent or trustline attorneys fidelity fund.
