POOR SERVICE AND LAZY

This firm has nothing but deeply disappointed our family. They just don't do their jobs themselves, my husband is one of the heir apparents, I am not even named in the will and I had to do half of the consultant's work for him, getting documents, calling for response to help him and he just sits back and let us do it for him. Everytime you speak to them its 21days, this is now the 5th time they say 21days, according to them SARS needs to do verification blah blah blah. But here is my question, they had contact with SARS when they gave each heir apparent an x amount early December, if this was the case that SARS hasn't done verification yet, how were they allowed to send out money? What is SARS comes back now and the amount to SARS is more then what is in the estates account, who is going to pay the extra in? They always have millions of stories. My sister in law had to give the advise on the SARS e filling, how is this possible that Sanlam(Glacier) can use such poor service law firm? This is not acceptable!
