Poor customer service and no service delivery

I'm very disgusted and dissapointed with the service from this attorneys, I don't receive any feedback unless Im the one calling or sending a mail regarding my estate, it's been 8 months and nothing is happening I'm frustrated as there is always a delay in everything. I even went to their office but unfortunately no success has come from this, bills are pilling up and there is no food in my house we are really suffering and this company is showing no kind of emphaty towards my situation. Can someone please please assist asap.
