worst of the worst

this company is the worst of the worst of the worst as they don't keep to there time line for third party claims and when you try and contact them there phones are off line or it is awaiting approval from the manager for over 3 weeks now every time it is a different story as to the reason for the long awaiting for the approval never use this company for any legal service or a 3 party claim dont know why i bank like FNB will use a company like this
