Neil Govenders Attorneys..headache

This is regarding 3rd party claim from neil govender attorneys.

Fnb client bumped on my car last year and i had to wait for 3months for them to get back to me after 3months i contacted them they told me to wait i again,i keep sending Shaylin Padayache emails she never updates me i must be the one contacting everytime..they told me that my file it has been handed to management till today nothing..its almost 6 months without a car.When you ask for directions to their firm..they say they work remotely..
