Neil govenders attorneys offers very very extremely bad service

Neil Govender attorneys is a law firm that FNB Bank uses for its car insurances..Their client bumped into my car last year august its almost a year now i haven't received anything from them or maybe they take advantage of us 3rd parties..Lately they don't even reply my emails,when i call the line its always busy.. They have bad bad service and FNB is sleeping on this,it will loose their clients because of Govenders..
