Bad experience from Neighbourgood East City Hotel

m extremely disappointed with my experience with Neighbourgood East City. I had booked a 3-night stay for my uncle from 1st to 4th December 2024. Unfortunately, he could not stay there due to a malfunctioning air conditioning system, which the management made several failed attempts to fix. This rendered the room unsuitable for occupancy.

Despite my prompt request for a refund, the management has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Weeks have passed without any positive feedback or resolution. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I strongly advise the public not to patronize Neighbourgood East City. A hotel that fails to deliver basic amenities and refuses to take accountability for its shortcomings cannot be trusted.

Save yourself the frustration and choose an establishment that values its guests and upholds basic hospitality standards. I am now in the process of escalating this matter to consumer protection authorities to get the refund I am owed.
