Owner paying people to leave 5 star reviews at neighborgood when his business is trash

DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT NEIGHBORGOOD EAST CITY or any of the other neighbourgoods, the owners have almost bene locked up on multiple occasions, the cops have tried looking for the managers of the building to bring him in for questioning about what they ate doing at neighbourgood but the manager ran away to different rooms in the building. Our bike was ****** while the security guard was sleeping, they had no negligence board outside, the only put one up after the bike was ****** which we have proof of, there are ****roaches in the bedrooms and kitchen, there is no cutlery whatsoever, you now have to go to the office and sign a s**** out if you want to use one and bring it back straight after use, there are people smoking in the passage, stairs etc, there's drug use within the building of which multiple people were banned from the building but let back in a day later. This place is HORRIFIC!
