Unfair treatment

Goodday i Wil like to share the unfair treatment I got from nehawu funeral cover I joined policy on March with extended family cover only to happen when I go to claim I was told mymoms policy didn't mature I don't know how because I signed policy all of them same day mymom died of the 1 of November they told me mymom Wil be 6months after the 15th of November... But mine matured two months before how come because I signed those policies same day I'm really disappointed a'd I'll like the matter to be escalated to right platforms for me any help please assist
