I have a funeral cover with Nehawu for myself and for extended family members. I have claimed from them at least three times. Every time one claims from them it is as if you are talking to same person in their customer service department because their service stands out in the same way. They are full of energy when they answer the phone, greeting with respect and want to assist. They are quick to pay out claims without delaying their clients. If there something missing in your documents, they let you know immediately. There is no need for follow ups because their customer service is excellent. I really enjoy being their client.
