4-Month Delay and Lack of Communication – My Experience With Negotrans

I am sharing my experience as a customer of Negotrans Shipping so others are aware.

• I paid Negotrans more than R40,000 to ship my stock from China to South Africa. • It has now been 4 months, and my goods have still not been shipped to me. • I have been given multiple different timelines and explanations, which has made it difficult to understand what is actually happening. • I have repeatedly been promised return calls and updates that I did not receive. • I contacted the brokers holding my stock in China, and they advised that they are waiting for outstanding payments from Negotrans before releasing the shipment.

At this stage, I feel very disappointed and anxious about my order. I am posting this review in the hope of receiving a clear resolution, and to help other potential customers be informed based on my experience.
