Worse Fund Administrators!!!!

I wish to know what **** this company is Worse fund administrators ever. Please withdraw if you are with them and invest elsewhere. I have funeral cover for my mom for years Today when I enquire why there was no deduction on the 1 December 2021 , I was told that the policy does not exist anymore ( Last debit order payment 1 November 2021) And I don't have cover since 4 th of Nov 2021 This company takes your money and it seems when people are older than 65 they not good enough!
