Provident Fund Payout - No service of communication from N-e-FG

All relevant documents was handed to Ananda at the Vanderbijlpark branch on Thursday 16 Jan 2020. I send a follow up email on 24 February (almost 6weeks later) and Ananda stated that she has not yet received approval on my claim. On 4 March I've send another follow up email stating that it has been 7 weeks since submitting my documents and when I can expect the funds to pay out. The response I got from Ananda is that she is waiting for approval from the Board of Trustees and that she does not have a date of payout. After I asked for a senior persons details to ask why there is such a holdup I was given the email address for Chanel Jooste. I immediately send an email to Chanel on 4 March asking for assistance regarding the matter and up to today 8 March I have not yet received a response from Chanel. On the same day 4 march i received an email from Ananda stating that she has esculated my emails to Management and i have up to date not received any feedback from Management.

This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. There is no communication from N-e-FG side if I don't follow up myself. I have spoken to some of my colleagues who left the company we worked for and they also complained that they had to wait much longer than expected for their funds to be paid out from N-e-FG.

How can you be revered to other businesses if this is the service we as the public get from you?
