Failure to make payment on agreed time

I worked for Cormed Private Hospital and resigned on the 30th June 2021.on last day of August 2021 I called n-e-FG Company to find out the date of payment of provident funds and I was told that it will be in three months from the date they received my withdrawal forms.The received the forms on second week of August 2021.Second week of November I called again and they said it is four months not three and I waited another month.On the 14th December I called again and I was told that they are waiting for payment dates.On 10th January 2022 I went to the offices and I spoke to the person responsible for payment dates and he told me that I'll receive payment on last day of January 2022.Around the 23rd Feb 2022 I reported the matter to pension fund adjudicator and they promised to make payment on the last day of May2022 but no payment was done till today.
