Physio to steer clear of.

I was recommended Neethling, Strauss & Arpesella by my surgeon who performed spinal surgery on me. I made an appointment a week before. The day before my appointment i received an SMS confirming my appointment. I was actually looking forward to seeing the physio as my neck is very tight and painful. I turned up a few minutes early and was told by the receptionist that I had cancelled my appointment. I said no, I certainly did not cancel and that I needed to see the physio. They said they had filled the appointment but if I could wait half an hour or so, they could see me then. This is not how I expect to be treated when I make an appointment a week out. I had told them when I made the appointment that it was for a 2 week postsurgery appointment. I have now made an appointment with my usual physiothe******. If anyone is looking for a physio, I would suggest you steer very clear of Neethling, Strauss & Arpesella at 2 Kensal Road, Parklands. They may just cancel your appointment without telling you. I am VERY angry and upset.
