I will never Trust Neerajh's Auto Clinic even if it was free again. Worst mistake
Worse experience with a mechanic shop - this business lies to clients to make money, Changes parts unnecessarily, Damages clients car, Lies, and blatantly Takes advantage of customers. - They state they checked the seals - They are lying. They lifted the car on the hoist and visually inspected under carriage with torches. The old parts are in the car and are not worn down. Its impossible to see the tapid covers from under the car. I brought the car in fro a cracked sump. This was the only oil leak on the car. I can get written confirmation from a auto electrical I took the car to prior. They told me all the covers need to be changed as during inspection they will open the parts and can not use the same parts. they told me what parts to change before looking at the car and sent quote without inspection. as per the owner those parts had to be changed due to opening car parts. The engine was not messed up as per the owner, this is a fabricated lie.. I have photos of the car prior and have witnesses from a auto electrical I took the car to a few days prior. The mountings were advised on the drive and not inspection. the workshop did not inspect the car prior to ordering parts. They quoted parts over what's app without inspection other than torches under the carriage, I was there when it proceeded. I brought car in for repair once I received the quote on what's app. He advised I never took the car for an engine wash - I did and get written confirmation from tyhe car detail in town that I went to. the owner says I asked him for a discount which is correct, however he said if I pay cash then we will s**** vat and do it under the books. only when I returned did we use my bank card and he advised it will be ok. I have the what's app when I was told to collect my car, I arrived and the car was not ready once again , they were waiting with sump in hand - Note: I told them the sum was the problem, He pushed repairs that was not necessary only to tell me to fix the sump somewhere else. I took my car for a repair on sump, not diagnostics, not programing, Not stripping all other parts and checking for defects to make more money out of me. I never asked for it or aotherised such work yet they did it anyway. even programmed my car. The owner is full out lying - I have every message and photo evidence of said work and issues. He had the car back 5 times for repair and it came back worse every time. Car was damaged, Oil all over car interior, Parts missing, Car is now leaking oil in multiple places around gaskets that were replaced. The Owner needs to take responsibility and stop lying at this point as I have all the photo evendience to show his contradictions. I never told them its not nessasary tpo keep my car clean because I was recovering seat??? This is a ll out lie once again. As per the owner - They stripped the bumper to get to the Sump - They damaged the fog light and now make excuses and lie. the owner says I expected him to replace the sump, Please supply proof of accusation . This workshop is an embarrassment to RMI and how it operates is most certainly against the law. No work orders filled out during any repairs besides the first - No record of work, No record of damage- No photos prior as per the owners accusations... He has 0 proof for his statements and I'm sitting with a damaged car now that's leaking oil everywhere., he says I'm taking advantage of him?. How? I paid the 9000 rand, My car is leaking oil badly, I had a small crack on the sump when I went in, Now there's poil out of every seal. I am putting this on social media today as well now to show the town what type of business this RMI workshop is. I was cheated and ****med out of 9k, Car is leaking oil badly now , Car has damages, Car has oil inside interior, Parts missing. Is this how RMI operated with their Group? this is most unacceptable at this point that the owner blatantly lies like this. I am going to fight this as far as I can to make people aware in Newcastle for shady mechanic shop

I wouldn't trust this mechanic shop going forward.
I was taken for a fool , I knew what was wrong with sump on car, asked for a repair, Owner advised it wasn't sump but rather all gaskets , seals ect, 9000 rand later, Issue not resolved, they say take the part to get welded somewhere else. My advice is stay away from this mechanic , They advise you for parts you don't need them damage the car, lose covers, oil all over interior, Parts damaged. This was an extremely poor service from this Mechanic.

I wouldn't trust this mechanic shop going forward.
I was taken for a fool , I knew what was wrong with sump on car, asked for a repair, Owner advised it wasn't sump but rather all gaskets , seals ect, 9000 rand later, Issue not resolved, they say take the part to get welded somewhere else. My advice is stay away from this mechanic , They advise you for parts you don't need them damage the car, lose covers, oil all over interior, Parts damaged. This was an extremely poor service from this Mechanic.
