Minus five stars should be the rating for the quality of the 'work' rendered by this man. Pity that I even have to give a single star. Also, what is somebody called that 'borrow' large amounts of money and never pays it back? Do not do business with this man who calls himself Neels Esterhuyse Roofing Construction. He is *********, has no integrity and is disrespectful. The quality of his work is pathetic.
