False Facebook fishing ads. US business

https://needlelight.com/ is a US business that fishing on Facebook and place false ads of promotions and you must just pay the shipping cost. after 3 days they deduct R227.41 for some 3 day free trail but on the ad nothing is mention of any trail item or trail software. NEEDLELIGHT is taking money and no service is given. Dispute is also registered to my bank to reverse the charges.
