Short term thinking kills businesses

Feeling ********** - can’t speak to owner, say he is “sick” said tell him to call me when he is better - still say no, they will not get him to call me - what amateur hour - useless bunch - with no integrity - Booked a high pressure cleaner - went to collect 20km and was told no booking was done - not apology not plan made - booked it again and collected paid 2000 deposit and 1300 for 2 days - Machine never worked returned it after one day and got refund R 320 of the 1300 I paid - unacceptable total ******* - said I’d take it again but not happy to pay again the two days - told the manager that I’d not ever buy again if they did not fully refund me - he said what ever? Well we vote with our wallets.
