Their service is so horrible

Their service is so horrible. We qued outside the bank at 14hour waiting to be served.We entered the bank around 15 hour and went to the teller at 16hour.The teller told us that she has to ask the manager first because it is late. The manager confirms that it is late and cannot service us ,we should come back the following day.we pleaded for service but he refused.
